First, welcome to FTE. Usually, it's protocol for new members to introduce themselves, give a little background information and provide details on the truck they have. You might also want to populate your profile and signature so that the standard information (see my signature below) is always available to other members to see.
Secondly, I suggest you post your question in the 1999-2003 7.3 diesel forum ... not the SuperDuty forum (which is more for SD questions and not engine/generation specific. I think you'd get more uptake there from the 7.3 drivers. For me, I really can't help you because I'm not a gearhead and your symptoms are already beyond my capabilities. Also, when you post, mention how long you've owned your truck and how much you know about it. Many members are very knowledgeable and they will walk you through a step-by step diagnosis when troubleshooting problems once you provide the right information & context.
To further sunuvabug's point, here is a link to the '99-'03 7.3 forum.
Also, a lot of the time when someone posts a service question the others on the forum will request data from a device capable of reading codes and/or monitoring live data (using the OBDII port and an app like torque pro on your smartphone/tablet, or a dedicated data-reader/logger), so if you have some useful data, go ahead and include that in your post. If you don't have access to this data, mention it in your post to avoid numerous subsequent requests for the data.
