I'm looking to level out my 06 350 and was wondering what the best size is I was thinking 2" but just want to make sure it looks good. I'm not going super expensive just spacers. Thanks
I have heard that you will want to go .5 in above what you are trying to get in height. So if you want 2" then ou will want To go with 2.5" as the truck will settle in on the spacers about a half inch.
Do you ever tow with the truck or do you run mostly unloaded? There in lies the paradox. The leveling kit keeps the truck level unloaded but as I found out it then squats way too much with not so heavy load. I actually added air bags for when I tow to eliminate this. But I too hated the look of the front end squat when unloaded
You can fit up to 35" tires stock, if rubber is what you're trying to fit. If you want height or flex, a leveling kit is wasted money because it doesn't really gain you anything. So what do you want out of the truck? If it's cosmetics only and you aren't going to be pulling a lot you could drop from a 4" to a 2" block in the back for the same leveling effect without messing with the front end, that costs probably half as much as even a leveling kit.
I have the 2 inch coil spring spacers in the front of my 2006 f350. I think it looks great, rides great and when towing it does seem to have noticeable squat in the back, however I have never noticed any adverse handling effect from it. I say go for it. If I knew how to post a pic I would.

Ok maybe a golf cart and 14k TT is a tad heavy. I think 2 is plenty to eliminate the factory squat.
I install a Rough Country 2" leveling kit and now the cv axle boot rubs when i hit a speed bump or have a hard turn. I do have the installed correctly on top of the struts. I have got an alinement done yet. Anyone have this problem and can suggest a fix?
