I have a really weird tire problem. I need to get this resolved quickly due to driving off road.
Darn front driver's side tire has gone flat on me twice. After I pump it up it holds pressure perfectly. What I think happened was there was a small screw in it when I had it serviced. I suspect someone pulled it out and thought it was OK. Well it is OK but, I suspect when a specific part of the tire is on the ground, it causes it to leak. I have parked it several times with the tire name in the same location. Some time it held pressure, then it want flat.
I've gone over the entire surface with soapy water and didn't see anything. Looking for Ideas on how to fix this.

It only loses pressure when a specific part of the tire is on the ground.
That location is unknown. Maybe pumping it to 65lbs will show a leak
under water. Maybe not. Looking for a tire Guru answer.
Are these the oem tires or aftermarket? How many miles on the truck and what year is it? If there is warranty, let the supplier figure it out or replace it.
I believe tires are warrantied by the manufacturer not Ford.
All tire warranties are prorated from list price that is prob over $200.
I have a 2010 with 25K.
2010 you'll be out of the tire warranty that Ford would supply. I would guess that one is starting to separate and leaking through that when flexed just right. Might be time for new tires.
Any good tire shop will have a tank they will dunk it in and see where the air bubbles come from, all included in the price to fix it, should be $10-$20 and you don't have to mess with it. I've had a tire from time to time that has a leak just like that and it only lets air out when just the right part of the tire is on the ground.
I had one doing that one time. It would just go down once in a while.
I had pranked a friend I worked with, and low and behold, every time he saw my truck at the office, he would let some air out of the LF tire.
I like to have drove the tire guy crazy, because they were New Michelin's and I kept complaining.
My friend finally told me what he was doing. I guess I had it coming.

Now that is awesome. The question is...... what did you do to deserve that?
