Yep, I have learned the hard way in several different products , I have learned that there are certain types of people that " rent" tools from Home Depot. They will buy a tool they need to complete a project and return it after they finish the job. So,I always open the box to make sure it is not only the right product but that it is not used. They might start renting oil filters. Lol
