sounds like someone added a 2.5 inch level kit to the truck and for some reason removed it. And it seems they forgot to remove the bump stop drop brackets for the level kit, simply remove four 3/8" bolts and hes good to go

Exactly what it is, there is also the panhard bracket from the leveling kit, CarMax must have just removed the shock extenders and the spring spacers, but left the rest. Its over at FORD right now being returned to stock, CARMAX should have left the leveling kit on, now its costing them a new bracket for the panhard and whatever goes between the bump stops and frame.

3 days after I bought the truck I told the mechanic at CarMax, somethings wrong this truck is riding rough, he told me you bought a 250 they ride rough, yesterday when I told him the about the bump stops he told me I've seen alot of 250's ride that way. These guys dont know s**t.
