anyone put the ROADMASTER SUSPENSION ACTIVE SUSPENSION KITS
on your trucks? I have a camper and want to improve handling on the old springs, this looks like a cool way to deal with it. no mess no fuss, no airbags to mess around with
I see a lot of good reviews out there but trust this area more then just reading some possible can review by a Roadmaster employee
ride empty is awesome no more hammer hit when I go over speed bumps, also took it up a local "old windy" hill that even on try days one apex of a corner is banked so hard that dry I will loose traction, was able to floor it all the way up and no loss of traction, awesome.
yes, it actually hugged the RAS spring kit better that way, is there any reason that you can think of that would be better to flip it, it just looked better attached. I assume the "lip" would keep the springs in order if some catastrophe happened but never seen that in real life.
from jcwhitney I just waited till they had some 20% off thing and got em for 130
I chose them because I didnt want the hassle or failure of the airbags, just something that is there and solid, the camper will go on today and that is the real test
is there any reason that you can think of that would be better to flip it,
Nah, you don't need to flip them. Just rotate them 90 degrees. If you leave them as they are, they will quickly deform.....and look something like this:
You got a heck of a buy! says they are on sale now but still almost 300.00
Use Promo CodeAEBBEXT 20%off jcwhitney will get you down to 230, the code I used was some special shopper thing for buying too much **** with them, i just tested it and it wont take any more
