Hi,
Did you ever find a solution to the gas spraying out? I just rebuilt one like it, and now I have the same problem. I have re-checked the seat and needle adjustment, and they seem fine. I noticed the new power valve was a little different, but did not think that would cause gas to come out the vent??? hmmmm...
