There are 2 different controls for the washer fluid - pressing in on the button on the very end of the turn signal stalk will activate the front, twisting the rear wiper control will activate the rear. (pg 80 of the owner's manual) If nothing up front happens when you press the button you may have a hose disconnected or have trash in the line blocking things up. Have someone press the button while you have the hood open to see if you see any fluid coming from a line. Disconnect the line from the hood and try again to see if you get any fluid out. If so, you can use a little compressed air into the nozzles with them disconnected to see if trash is there. Mine sprayed inconsistently and I purchased new ones from Tousley to replace them.
Its was intermittent when I press to wash the windshield, most of the time it would work correct, but now it seem I have to turn on the rear wiper and then try to wash the windshield or sometimes I have to turn on the rear glass washer and then try to wash the windshield.
I dunno if its the arm itself, if there a short in the column or what.
I'm thinking its either a pinched wire in the column or the lever is bad!
I know an older post but would like to know if u have fixed the issue.
I went to take my lil one to school this morning and hit the button on the end of the lever and got nothing. Not even wipers moving. No fluid either. I turned wipers on and they work fine. Rear work fine along with the rear washer. I just have no front washer at all, no fluid or wipers moving. Almost like the switch is dead or maybe a relay for the switch is. Any help would be great.
