Mist feature on wipers?

Mist feature on wipers?
Today had a light mist and went to do the mist feature on the wipers and it wasn't there. I have the XLT with most of the bells and whistles on it. Did they do away with this feature? I have the delay wipers but no mist. I looked online and in the brochure and can't fine any mention of this.

I guess you can say it still has this feature, you just push the windshield washer button briefly. Same as the 04-08 trucks.
As per the owner's manual:
Windshield washer:
Push the end of the stalk:
• briefly: causes a single swipe of the wipers without washer fluid.
• a quick push and hold: the wipers will swipe three times with washer fluid.
• a long push and hold: the wipers and washer fluid will be activated for up to ten seconds.
