Safety neutral switch problem. Bypass??

I just looked at my dads 96 f250, it has an un molested clutch switch. The wire all the way on the end is red blue. It has power when I turn the key to start. The one right next to it has power when you push the clutch and turn the key to start

Fixed!!! Was Ignition switch. $27
