Would anyone know the cause of my New Tires are starting to Cup and or Feather pretty bad. Is this a aligment issue? Camber? I am just not sure because it feels like the truck drives Normal...
The truck has 106,000 miles on it and the tires have around 10,000 miles them. The truck is a 04 Ex 4x4 with a 3 1/2" Front lift with Airbags in the rear.
Things to check: shocks, alignment, ball joints, unit bearings, tie rods, steering damper. Is the wear on the inside edge of the tire?
Its in the middle of the tire, as soon as I get a chance I will snap a pic of them. I checked all tie rods, Ball Joints, and bearings. I am not sure if its happeing because Im only running 60 PSI and the tire calls out for 80??
Nah, 60 is a little high IMO; if I'm not towing, I run 'em at 50psi. E rated tires? Similar wear front/rear? 80 is max, no need to run em that high when empty.

Yes they are E Rated, Maybe I will drop them down to 50. The wear is just in the front..
I found it very hard to see wear on ball joints with my truck. At the alignment shop he used a jack and 6 ft prybar. We saw some movement then but decided another day when money was better. No abnormal wear on new tires so I got lucky. Spring I will swap out all my joints and bushings. Winter the truck only goes a mile each day with the snow. I should be ok.
On your truck toe and shocks could cause cupping. The fact it is only in the center is too much air pressure. Gage the tread and see if it is wearing more in the middle. Every 5-7000 miles I check my tread wear. I get close to max mileage on all my tires doing this.

It doesn't call for 80, that is the highest pressure you can safely run with them and it is also where they are at their strongest. I run 60 also and it is not considered too high for the truck but it is the max most people run. I would cut back to 50 and try that.
