when not looking
The other day I was asked to give a bid to do some boat seats after the hail storm we had three days before. As I talked with the owner of the boat I found out that he was a tool maker and machinist which fit really well with what I needed none. Someone had been playing with the console shifter of my 65 Grand Prix and broke the out shaft of the shifter. After some discussion we arrived at how to affect the repair and I left it with him. I mentioned Joey's truck project so he said he had a 55 F-100 in the garage and asked if I wanted a look. Don't have to ask me twice. What a beautiful work of art the young man has going. It is in primer grey but he has fabricated so many new pieces and it is a class act. I encouraged him to register in the FTE sight and share his project with you all. Just goes to show what one can find when not looking. Have a great day.
