In regards to % The most I have seen is about 55% duty cycle with Max A/C... That was taking off from a long stoplight and cruising at about 40 mph where the fan tapers off to 8-10% and goes 0% DC above 50 mph.
Hey! Did you catch on your thread about using the upper and lower vents the A/C works, but the engine fan doesn't respond as it does on Normal A/C or Max?
I take it you guys have ***** for the A/C control.
The only I get anything close to A/C max is turn
the temp setting down to 60. EACT can be a pain some
times. Here is a stock photo for everyone that does not know
what EACT is.

There are times where the ***** are the better of the two.
Lets see..... Oh yes at replacement time $$$$$$$$$$$
The one time I want it to blow cold and it already below
60 is also one of the times too. The other thing I wished I
had back cab air if for no reason that to cool the cab off
faster.
I guess my version of MAX A/C is set the temp @ 60 and put on recirc.

That's basically what mine is... Recirc and the engine fan operates more. My vacuum valve closes on both normal and max a/c although I have seen others explain the valve stays open on normal.
