I found an xguage for fan duty cycle but it doesn't work. Does anyone know another code?
I have this: FDC %
TDX: 07E022091F
RXF: 04624509061F
RXD: 3010
MTH: 013103E80000
I can watch the rpm's but it seems meaningless unless I know what it wants verses what it's getting.

In the First 3 Box with numbers
The First 0 is at KOEO

Here's what I got:
With eot 202 and ect 198
low idle fan rpm=355
high idle fan rpm=580
I have no clue what this means.
I'm running Matt's SRL tune. Could that be suspect?

Here is what I've noticed after a couple days of observation.
When the engine is cold the fan will run at about 500ish at idle.
When the engine is hot the fan runs around 350ish.
Seems back assward to me.

I found this from Bismics Post at the ORG

Grounding the Dark Blue wire will engage the fan full on. The PCM does monitor
fan speed and may set a code but should not cause any ill issues as long as you
do not cut the wire where the PCM cannot engage it when it wants to. I hope
this helps.
Sounds like you ground Dark Blue wire and that Comands Fan at 100%
tHAT LOOKS LIKE PIN#4 at the Plug
then whatch FAN rpm with SGII and APPLY Cheezits RULE!!

My buddies diagnostic tool verified that the fan works correctly.
This pretty much just leaves either a clogged up radiator or a water pump going bad.
