Windshield wiper removal

I cant for the life of me figure out how to get my windshield wiper assembly off. I need to take them off so I can remove that access panel. Please any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Ok, it's quite easy:

- Pull the wiper arm away from the windshield until you feel the stop (can't pull it any more).
- Move the metal tab near the arm's base or axis down (if you did it right you can let the arm free and it will remain away from the windshield).
- Grab the arm by the base or axis, and gently pull while you swivel the whole thing back and forth... done!.

Ok thank you so much I got the passenger side to come off but the driver side doesn't have one of those clips and doesn't want to come off

Most likly the PO broke the tab with a screw driver and then JB the arm back on the post...

alright never mind I got it off I put a flat head screwdriver in place of the clip and it came right off thanks for the help everyone!
