windshield wiper removal

whats the best way to get the whole windshield wiper off, I see there are two really small screws on the bottom that dont want to budge. Just wondering if there was a trick to getting them off. Thanks

that piece that has the two screws slides left or right. it should have a small loop in it, pull that loop toward the windshield and it should come off.

I dont see that happening, I'm talking about the whole window wiper, metal arm and all. The thing is all rusted and I want to repaint them before they rust through.

right above the post where the arm attaches to post is a small piece with two screws, its about 1/2" long and should have a small circle where you can get a screw driver into the hole. it moves one way or the other, slide it out and the arm should come free.
