As for the 9200 GVWR, I've thought about that. I can always throw a set of timbrens on the rear axle so it sits more level under load. The 07 Expy we currently have has independent rear suspension, there isn't a whole lot you can do to upgrade it. Every fall when I buy pellets for my stove I put two tons in my F250 and it doesn't struggle to carry it; I'm thinking the Excursion will also handle whatever I throw at it.

On a different note, you guys that have a modified 6.0, how are you getting through inspection. My F250 is classified as self inspect because it weight class, so I don't have to worry about doing the egr delete, etc. Do your trucks have to go through inspection, if so how are you getting through?
