Did you get a refund for the bad injector?

I haven't sent it back yet. I wanted some time on the new one before I sent him his back. Now I can report that the Ford as well as his other one is just fine and it isn't my fuel system that's full of trash as he wanted to try to convince me. He tried to tell me that I needed to pull the tank and clean the entire fuel system as it was that what caused his unit to fail. "It's clogged from your system" he says. No doubt trying to build a case that its not his injector that's the problem. I explained how I change fuel filters every 10k (raycor only) and his response was the filters on this truck were inadequate and that was what was killing injectors. I would think that ALL of mine would have an issue if that was the case. He didn't want to hear that either.
I'm hoping for a refund but not expecting it.

That is unfortunate, but not uncommon in the aftermarket injector business.

Our OEM fuel filters are just fine - unless of course you let them go too long and they get plugged!

I have certainly learned my lesson. I only wish I could buy them without the core that way I could buy one or two when I have the extra scratch and always be prepared.
