update no wts help
Ok here is what I did with no go new ford cps/ new 22 fuse (15 amp) chip out power to the 22 fuse when key on only . took the pcm off d side fender shook it no water (look good ) I am at a lose what can be the problem I don"t have a code readerand need help

IIRC that is the IDM (Injector Drive Module) that is on the driver side fender, while the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) is on the inside of the cab under the dash. It would be worth checking that as well. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Does that first post say you have a chip and took it out? It's hard to understand with no punctuation.
I don't know how/if you can test the pcm, but with no wts light and a new fuse in 22 it sounds like its either in the pcm or wiring to it.

Have you checked fuse 22 again ?
If its blown again you need to look at the fuel bowl heater wire to make sure its not shorting out on the block.
Edit: if you keep it all in one thread it makes it a lot easier for us to help you.
