looks like you got alot more done today than i did rich...when your finished come on down..i should be able to find something to keep ya busy so you dont get bored..
I am going to do the roll on bed liner kit up the cab back side to where the primer stopped.
Doing the kick panels, complete floor and the bottom edge of the doors right where the door panels stop.
I am trying to take my time and make it look as good as the outside, I think I got the easy part compared to the badness you have out there to tend with.
Burning a little night time lamp oil, but I got the new antirattle kit/window seal kit (item # 24420 $80 bucks but well worth it) from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard installed.
They make a great product and I even got it installed with the window still bolted in place, meaning I did not have to remove the regulator.
I had to replace a dvrs doors wing lock lever (that little pin is a PITA) and after that, got them put right in.
I started with the division bar/vent window felt first, then the window frame felt followed by the inner window weatherstrip then the outer.
Removing the bolt that holds the forward vertical track lets you move enough to get the that seal installed and lets you move it enough to get the rear one on next.
Its take a lot of patience and work to get the 2 anti rattle strips installed but the mount pins lined right up, so once again good on JBG and there product.
Removing the regulator and dropping the window out of the way could of been done if I wanted to drill out the OEM rivets, I did not.
I really like the fit that the vent and upper seals have, the bottom inner and outers are ok but not that tight on the last pin by the door lock....
Thanks I am trying to move around and get stuff done and not stall....lol. So I'l continue on the dash reassembly (new black pad) and work on a stereo install and get all the dash lights working again.
I am going to replace the tilt wheel, its need some turning signal and tilt mechanism work. But I have another complete one with tilt ready to put in...so it should be a plug and play.
I am going to have to do some welding on the dvrs side floor. The pan has some rusty spots so cutting it out and replacing it. And working on my headliner material idea I got off here. After the floor repair I am getting the bed liner kit and going to town on it.
Also working on those grab bars ideas and getting the seat belts darkened (Penny"s task for tomorrow). I think I will touch up the bed and go with it...
Going to have to pull the front spring mount bolts to be able to get the push bar off, and get some heat and a BFH on it to straighten it.
See not much to do, a little at a time, looks like I will be here Oct.....I really like the JBG seal kit and am using a FTE idea on the cab to door seals, well'' see here soon.
