Follow the directions on the box (hot water) and pull them all the way out (as far as the reel will let you and put them in a 5 gal bucket for a while and you will be good to go.
I used old metal coat hangers to make some "hangers" to hang the reel on the outside of the bucket.

Yes Alan got them installed after the new paint went down look great and nice color. Got them at Harbor Freight for a real good price. But I am sure the quality will match the cost.
I had Alan put a little extra sealant on the wire and mount hdwr coming thru the cab roof, to keep out the moisture.

Yea I am working in Russian (yes really) since 12 Nov 13 and I can't quite make it back on weekends to get any work done. lol

Rich you wanted to know what kind of stereo to put in ol red? Simple fix actually. LMC and a lot of places have the panel that bolts to the stereo they offer a single din or double din feature, depending on the size of the radio u want, but pm me or hmu on skype I'll give you some more help if needed
