Still running rough on idle and stalling. Har to figure this one out.
Is the CEL lit??? If so, computer trouble code clues are stored, so have your favorite auto parts store do a no cost scan & post All code Numbers. Have the computer scanned even if the CEL isn't lit, as there could be pending codes stored that haven't happened long enough to have the computer turn the CEL on yet. If your store won't scan unless the CEL is lit, loosen the gas cap on the way over & that'll turn the CEL on!!!! Any port in a storm.....Right!!!!
If no codes, come by & hook up a scantool that can display live sensor PID feeds to the computer & have a look at fuel trim, O2 sensor switching speed & range, MAF sensor data as that data could suggest where best to look next.
If no codes & you can't come by a scan tool to monitor live sensor data to the computer, raise the hood & look for loose vacuum lines, or sensor electrical connectors that aren't plugged in good, or have wiring or connector pin/socket damage & seeing as how the MAF sensor has recently been replaced maybe begin there & give its connector & wiring a wiggle & or thump the sensor when its idling rough & see what happens.
Check for loose spark plug wires & if ok, at night with the engine at idle, look for an arcs & sparks light show around the spark plugs & wires, all the way back to the coil pack. Maybe spritz each plug wire & the coilpack with a spray bottle of water & see if things light up or the idle gets worse.
If nothing there, perform a fuel pressure & volume delivery over time test at the under hood fuel rail schrader valve test port & post the numbers.
Without a scan tool to monitor live feeds, or yield up trouble code clues, your left with having to try to trouble shoot the old slow way, one system at a time.
We need air, fuel, spark & compression to make em run, so when they act out, one or more of those things aren't right.
did everything that you suggested still having idle probs.
went to start it today wouldn't idle right. gave it gas , it revved up
and then loss power and revved up again. Then it finally warmed up i revved it up again and it cleared up and ran fine. was 28 degrees out but when its warm out i don't have that trouble.00
here's the live data from today.

I do have one question about my upstream oxygen sensor. Awhile back we relaced the sensors and the front connector was laying on the the egr tube and had melted some. no cel. would that have anything to do with the cold idle and then when warmed up and run fine?
Maybe, on the melted O2 sensor insulation, as some O2 sensors breathe along & between the wire strands & insulation, so if its messed with, it could throw the O2 sensor calibration off, so did the problem come about after you found the insulation melted????
yes that was back in july. it was the connector that melted. i am going to pick up a new pigtail for the harness side tomorrow. And i will order a new Motorcraft sensor for it. this weekend. I'm going to work on it this friday.
and will check for vacumm leaks.
