wheel offset difference?

I just talked to the shop manager of the ford dealer and he said to have spend tonnes of time measuring and trying to figure out what is wrong or not alligned on these trucks but he can't figure it out either cause he said that he had several newer f150,s with the same problem

I suppose you could have a 4WD shop cut off the suspension brackets from the axle and then weld it all back together with everything aligned. I know it seems like an exotic solution but it's an every day common thing for people swapping axles from one type of vehicle to another. No problem for the 4WD shop.

i could do that but the allignment on my truck is good,and by changing the length of the rear axle or trying to move it over i'll never be able to keep the allignment, which means my truck will start dogtracking if i'm not mistaken
i think the only option is to just leave it and not worry about it nomore
the ford dealer told me: it ain't worth it to try and figure out whats wrong or what measurement is off ,cause you won't find anything
