Sun visor removal

Anybody know how to remove the sun visor from the rod it's on?

Pull the visor off the rod. Inside the visor is a metal tube shaped like the letter C. When the rod is inserted, the tube expands, retaining visor in place.

Yeah thanks I just figured out I wasn't pulling hard enough. Thanks for the help though i hope the new one goes on easier than the old one came off
