Here is an awesome guide for for anybody needing info on the 4x4 (and I seldom use that word). Looked for a similar guide for the two wheel drive with no luck. Part#'s, special tools, and lots of great pictures!

Its not always easy to know where someone is coming from on the other side of the key board. I would have taken it the same way, almost like trying to make yourself look better at someone else's expense. The reps were deserved.
