I have this 05 with a high pressure issue. If you drive it for a half hour or more it only builds 300 pounds after a 10 minute soak and refuses to start. Must be a pretty small leak, cuz it always starts cold and will sometimes start hot after a looong crank. I've checked for a bad STC fitting and it's already been replaced. I'll be pulling the covers today to look around the injectors.

Check if your truck has the updated standpipes and dummy plugs, if it doesn't that is probably the source of your leak. The way you can tell is the original standpipes and dummy plugs take a 10MM hex bit and the updated ones take a 12MM.

Well, you guys called it. Pulled the right cover and took both plugs out. The lower ring on the dummy was shot. The other side can't look much better...

Yep all the tell tale signs of the Dummy Plugs and Stand pipes failing. It'll take some time, but good you know which side is causing the proble, git'r done.
