Did you read the thread above? Did you see anything that might apply to you?
With all that information that you gave us I can tell you exactly what's wrong. Something isn't right. That's all there is to it. Find out what it is and fix it.

Thats the problem. Was in three shops and i get it back doing the same thing.no codes show up,so nobody can seem to fix it
It could be many, many things. The chances that one of us can guess what's wrong WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHAT TRUCK YOU HAVE is just about zero.
I could tell you that it's a sticking accumulator piston. Then you have someone pull the pan to check that and you learn that a TorqShift transmission doesn't have an accumulator piston. But a 4R70W does.
There is no information in either of your two posts, so you will get nothing useful in return.

Hey, new on here.I have an 05 f350 gas.180 k on it.If i unplug the terminals i usually get a day or two of smooth shifting before it resets itself.Pan has been off twice and changed solonide and wiring harness. No shavings in oil at all, nice and clean.
What's happening is that the computer is getting some bad data. The adaptive software is learning that the shifts are taking too long and adding too much pressure. This is going to take someone with a high end scan tool and a lot of knowledge to look into why the adaptive software is doing this.
What solenoid was changed? All of them? Some of them? There are seven solenoids in there. Most can't affect the 1-2 shift.
I plan on selling my truck this summer so I decided today I was going to take another shot at my issues since the weather has been warm. About 3 months ago my truck started to make a "whistle" noise under the hood. First thing I though was vacuum. I replaced the 90 degree pcv elbow coming from the throttle body about 4 years ago. At that time it had a hole and turned on the CEL. Power was down but still shifted normal.
Well, I fixed the issue. The 90 degree pcv elbow was collapsing in on itself when the truck got up to temp. Also, the pcv was not sealing properly. I replaced the elbow, pcv and tubing. It shifts great and no more whistle!
good to hear. My crapbox trans has been giving me problems for almost five years now i think........... Started with extremely hard tire chirping shifts, then went to stock like shifts now i install a TransGo shift kit and its been beautiful for almost a year, then the past three months my 1-2 shift is back to slow/soft stock shift, my 2-3 shift is abrupt and when i push the OD button to kick the lock out OD when it downshifts into 3rd it bangs hard. And now the past two weeks EVERTIME i shift into Reverse no matter how hard i push the brakes the trans grabs so hard it almost makes the tires spin..........
