Had some fun tonight

Today I was asked by a fellow FTE member from another state to check out a truck for sale near my house. I won't name the individual in the event his better half might read this post and make him swing from a trapeze again. If he wants his identity known he can reply to this post and let it be known.

I called the seller earlier today to arrange a time to see the truck. After work I drove over to the guys house and as I pulled into his driveway I saw his name on his mailbox and realized I had met this person before. I've posted pictures of his F-5 duallie pickup a few time on this board. After I checked out the truck he was selling I asked if he still had the F-5. He took me into his shop and I found he had numerous restored trucks. Here are pictures of the Fords he has, he also has a few non-Fords but I didn't take pictures of those.

This is the truck that is for sale

Ross,

He drives them to local shows. I doubt very much though. It's hard enough for me to find time to drive my two trucks.

Great pics Bob! That looks like quite the man cave. If I was the mystery FTE member inquiring about another truck I'd keep my identity a secret!

So, what you're saying, Bob, is that we've all got some catching up to do. I'd better get going. Don't tell the wife!

I think those were made by Alcoa, as far as I know they stopped making them years ago. Stu it the guy to ask about them, I think he has the part numbers for them.
