BTW, for anyone who hasn't seen my previous posts about the F-5, it has a Caddy V8 and a '72 International truck rear end with Ford gears. The guy told me he was able to use the Ford gears because the internals of the IH rear are the same as the Ford.
I think those were made by Alcoa, as far as I know they stopped making them years ago. Stu it the guy to ask about them, I think he has the part numbers for them.
Alcoa 19.5" x 6", part number 763220. The only vehicles I've found that came with them were FMC Class A motor homes of the 1970s. I filled out my set this past year. Stu
Bob, where is this treasure house? Those sure are some dandy rigs.
His house is out in Pewaukee, just off of Hwy 16. He seemed to really enjoy my visiting him and he also seemed very interested in attending a meet in the spring.

Stu, remember the guy on eBay 4-5 years ago, I think in IL somewhere, was selling new ones? He must have stumbled onto a stash somewhere.
You ARE getting old, Bob. That was probably 7 or 8 years ago, or longer. Time flies. He had two listed, one polished face and one dull face. As I recall you were a bidder, then either withdrew the bid or got out bid. Got a picture texted to me this week from Ryan (son of Thundersnow70) of a truck wearing a set. I'll move it into Photobucket and post it. Stu
Next time I ask you to look at something for me I think I should go with you !! That guy has a very nice fleet! No wander you had so much fun!
Thanks for doing that. I only got one picture of the dump ( the floor)

Chris, so you're coming out, so to speak. Just don't let Laura see this post or she'll be chasing you down to Rob's and forcing you on the trapeze.
The guy is a really nice guy. I saw the '29 Model AA and thought about your truck. He didn't let me drive his though.
I only sent you a link to one picture. I have 33 all together. Just click on the link. Once it's up change the last one or two numbers to the next in sequence and you'll get the next one. I have them posted on my web site server and didn't want to list a link for all 33. Save them to your computer because I have them in a file that I might delete some time in the future if I have to clean out my server.
Outside of this site, people like you are called enablers. Keep up the good work!
Well Chris, have you bought it yet?
Not yet!
I think at the price he maybe setting on it for a why'll?
Besides I need to get the 56 in my driveway moving!
Waiting for a medshift bearing and a new master cylinder

What does having a half put together project sitting in your driveway have to do with buying another truck? That's just silly typing. If we all waited until one project was done before getting another we'd all just have one vehicle in our stables. Come on, that's not how a real Ford Truck Enthusiast thinks. Very disappointed
