Unless this was a Canadian built truck, your information makes no sense.
The first year for a P350 was 1953, prior to that it was P3. There was no transmission code 'E' in that era. The color 'P' indicates that it was shipped in primer. The DSO is Domestic Special Order, ie. government or fleet vehicle.
Perhaps NumberDummy will be able to sort it out.

Can't tell from those pictures, if you can post one of the front it will be easier to narrow it down.
Two different vins? That could spell some legal problems. Better check the frame and see what the right serial number (Vin #'s didn't come into existence until 1954) is, and hope it matches your paperwork.
