VIN decode help with Econoline

Can anyone help me decode a '65 Econoline pickup VIN? It's E10TH686156. I am trying to decide if it is worth restoring. I understand it may be one of the rarer models.

In addition to the VIN, here is the rest of the info on the factory plate:
WB = 090
Color = 3
Model = E100
Body = D87
Trans = A
Axle = 033
