Wheelbase - VIN

I'm considering buying a '66 SWB that has a clean looking VIN plate, but oddly it has "11" in the W.B. slot... It doesn't appear to have a number rubbed off though. Any thoughts as to why? The color of the truck is not as listed on the VIN, but everything else seems accurate...

Whoever at FoMoCo that stamped the Warranty Plate omitted the 3rd digit of the wheelbase.

COLOR code L is Holly aka Dark Green.
