temp control question

temp control question
I have a 2011 f150 . in the year ive had it twice on center console the temp has come up with a fan by it on it and the outside temp will show 0 . it shows 88 degrees when it does it I can't find anything in the book and ive pushed all the buttons to try to get it back up and try to change it. what am I missing ?
