Something appears to be missing (Sensor?)
I was underneath my '89 F-150 302 yesterday repairing a brake hose that exploded on me and I happened to look up and notice something strange that I hadn't before. On the passenger side just above the oil pan is what appears to be an electrical plug of some kind. Now my Oil sending unit is located on the driver's side by the filter, so what is this on the other side? I'm just baffled by this discovery and would greatly appreciate any help.
Well thank you, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything lol.
