Block Heater

Where Is The Block Heater Located,i Bought It Used And Maybe It Doesnt Have One?

They usually hide the cord and plug in the front bumper area.. Just crawl the under engine on the drivers side and look just above the oil filter housing.. If you have a heater, there will be a orange colored cord coming from the block in this area.. Follow the cord to find the plug end.. good luck..

Here is where the block heater cord plugs into block heater element just above the oil filter. Trace the orange cord toward the front of truck.

Look around the left side tow hook. They like to hide it in there, it is a black plug if you find it.

wow who knew that i had a factory installed block heater..... wow i feel like an idiot .... i had an isue cold starting so i have been puting an electric blanket over the engine :0)
