2003 Exp side power mirrors not operating

2003 Exp side power mirrors not operating
2003 Expedition EB, 4 wd, EB, 5.4l.
Both power side mirrors do not function from the door switch. The only time I have seen them move at all is when I hit the Mem button on the door, and that only moves the left mirror very slightly.
I made just a real quick check at the door panel mirror switch and found power to one terminal. I know how to remove the mirror glass and the door panels, nothing obvious there like loose connections. No bad fuses. Is there a relay?
I'm looking for troubleshooting tips and theory of operation, like what the heck does the DSM have to do with the mirror operation. Wiring of the door switch would be really helpful, then I could at least jumper at that connector and see what happens.
Also interested to hear if anyone has successfully bypassed the reverse mirror tilt function, since it seems like that function causes a lot of issues.

This did turn out to be the switch. Found a good buy on a NOS part and it works fine now. Thanks.
