Looking into regulated return kit for my 2003 f350 that's going below 35 psi between 3000rpm and wot
Did blue spring 2 years ago. .
Replaced my pump and the stuck injector and pressure is still fubar'd.
I am looking for a kit that looks good. No regulators and hoses spaghetti factory on top of engine.
All the kits I have looked In to look that way.
What parts are needed to make one of these kits?
And can a stock pump be used with a kit like this?
Or could 2 stock pumps be used? Cause I have a spare now.
I have no issues with custom work. Just needs to look nice.
I like looking stock.
If you want a neat, factory looking product then check this one out: Driven Diesel Regulated Return Fuel System Kit however no regulated return is going to fix your fuel pressure drop.

I am all ears. I just want this fixed so I can tow with my truck and not burn up a brand new injector.

I know that you installed the blue spring 2 years ago but have you checked to see that everything is in place in the regulator? Either you new pump is bad, your regulator is not working correctly, or your tune is asking for more fuel than the pump is capable of.

I don't think the tune is an issue. I have turned it down to the lowest setting which is a 50 hp gain and it is still losing pressure at the same RPM when loaded.
I am sure that my original pump and the new one are perfectly fine but have no way of testing without buying a new regulator assembly.
