Why are you moving it back. Do you want to set engine back as well.
Moving the cab back shouldn't be too hard. Just cut the rivets for the cab mounts of and disconnect the fenders and wiring, move it where you want. May run into issues with brackets on sides of frame when you try and relocate the cab mounts, but thats easy.

Gonna need to chop it 3" to get a Ratrod look from this truck.
Find a place that sells glass and ask what the standard chop windshield is, then chop it.
It will look fine.
Why are you setting the cab back. I'd just shorten the frame to give it a badass look.
It will be unique for sure. Lets do it.
