Well, had lots of fun with the minion yesterday. Went to the swapmeet and to the park with friends. My little minion loves to ride around in the truck. She doesn't even care that it doesn't have A/C. At least not yet anyway.
She stayed the night at her friends for a sleepover so I will be missing my little helper today as I try to get my speedometer cable out of the housing and lubricated.
Donna, we will keep your daughter in out thoughts. Kerri went through something similar but did not catch it early. I hope that makes a difference for your daughter.

That is kool that your minion likes to ride in the truck, even without AC. I am sure she will change her mind once it gets up over 100 degrees.

GOOD MORNING !!!! To all out there in FTE land ... yes I'm still alive out here just sitting on the comment side lines. Not much going here in "Beautiful" Pahrump just sitting around watching the Wal-Mart trucks unload LOL LMAO !!! It hasn't been REAL HOT ... yet, but it has been windy ... and then some !!!
I'm hoping everybody gets healthy sooner than later, I'm still fighting my bad back. After 2 of 3 shots they (DR's) are thinking it just might be my hip ... either way it's a pain in the backside !!!
My trip to Susanville is still on for around June 20th ... Northbound and then Southbound around the 23rd or 24th . My travel mate has friends in the Reno area too, so spending a day or 2 ... Mon, Tue, just might become a reality !!! Things move s l o w when you're retired LOL ... I'll keep Y'all posted !!! I would still like to meet up with the "crew" from the area ... I'll do my best to keep you updated

One more day until Memorial Day. I hope that whatever you're doing this holiday weekend that your safe & having alot of fun! (watch for cops)

Yesterday, we went to Lake Lahontan w/ my neighbors to celebrate her 39th birthday & celebrate Memorial Day. We had alot of fun & we all got a little more sun than we had planned. Jimmy's definately sore today.
I'll post pics after I download them.

Mornin' all!
How is everyone doing on this fine holiday weekend? Everyone out having fun? I hope so. No real plans here except a small cookout tomorrow. Nothing fancy, but it works. My wife's 13 year old nephew is in town for a couple of weeks and her 11 year old son comes home for the summer on Thursday. Needless to say, she's excited.
Not too much going on here. Work has been going well and I just started back to school (well, I will on June 3rd when the Summer semester starts) for my Computer Science degree. Finally got off my butt and going to get it done. Going to be a long haul, but it will be worth it in the end.
Been working our butts off redesigning our photography website and doing some new shooting and such. Hopefully it will pay off.

Well, we're going to do the Veterans Memorial Motorcycle Run today! It starts at the Fernley Veterans Cemetary & stops in Carson.
Please be careful & be safe! We will be...I'm not driving!
