in short;
if you have a cab n chassis f350 (not a f350 dually pickup) then ideally you'll be looking for a 1993-1997 (more desirable 2nd gen) cab n chassis sterling 10.25 rear.
no a dually pickup is different.

details;
the f350 dually pickup rear is much wider and it's spring hangers are in the wrong place for a cab n chassis.that axle is the expensive one,so it wouldn't be worth paying more for,for a c&c.
for your cab n chassis (if it is) i would guess you could use a srw f350 pickup axle.some say it's different,some don't.i don't know for sure,but i think it's the same.if it's different it can't be by much.you would have to move the spring hangers inward (which personally i think all the difference is with those anyway.) even if the f350 srw is different width than the f350 cab n chassis,it bolts in and works fine.so that's all that matters.you just re-weld the spring hangers where you need them is all.
see the duals fit on the cab n chassis because the frame is narrower than the pickups.this is why to run duals on a pickup,you need the much wider "true" drw sterling (or bolt on adapters,but that's off topic.)

this is how we know a srw f250HD/f350 pickup axle works in a cab n chassis by simply moving the spring hangers;
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post10161779

^ his truck is a f350 cab n chassis.
you can tell his donor axle is from a srw f250hd/f350 pickup because the spring hangers are set further out due to fitting a wider pickup frame but yet it's no wider than what he already has.on the next page,he posts all works fine after moving the hangers in.
so long story short,the axle your looking for should be a dime a dozen if you have a cab n chassis (left the ford plant without a bed.)

otherwise,if you have a dually pickup that someone tossed the oem bed and sat a dump bed on it,then your into the wide drw $500-1,000 rear.this axle cannot be mistaken for neither f250hd/f350 SRW nor the f350 cab n chassis rear as neither of those axles are as wide (notice the solid 59" between brake backing plates) as the F350 DRW PICKUP axle:

if that doesn't cover all ya need,then i'll be surprised,but ask away lol.
