What is the width from the center of one spring perch to the other on a F250 single wheel and f350 dual wheel?

Don't know the exact measurement, but a f250 single wheel and a f350 dually pickup are the same. A f350 chassis cab dually rearend is not the same.

I thought it was the other way around, the chassis cab dually and single axle being the same?

Nope. The chassis cab is a totally different truck after you get past the cab. Different frame, different springs, different axle width. A pickup truck bed won't even bolt on.
