Well, the insurance company is up to 8,700$ and I keep the truck...don't want to settle fr less than 10,000. Because after all they did "total" it.

After they total it you'll have a salvage title. But here in La. After you make all repairs you can get wirk the state police and have a DOTD inspection done and if it passes you can get the title changed to e referbished title. Just something you might want to look into.
