Source for rear U-bolts and leaf retainer straps?

We're restoring a '66 F100 2WD with standard leafs (not Flex-O-Matic) and we need new U-bolts and leaf spring retainer straps. I've found the round pads for the end of the leafs, but can't find the other parts to restore the leafs. Any suggestions?

FoMoCo: Retainer straps only furnished with spring pack, try a spring shop.
