glow plug replacement

I have a little dilema. I just replaced all my glow plugs because it was starting hard and the back glow plug was bad, plus it was overdue. After getting the new plugs back in and everything put back together it wont start at all. Any ideas on why this happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the glow plug relay? Sometimes people suspect glow plugs when the relay is actually the cause of their problem.

Next guess would be check your UVCH's.
