EVERYTHING rusts here. We own a dealership and mostly cars that we get from up north (even wherever) are rusted. Some times it's not bad, then othertimes you almost can't believe it. We had to change oil pans on cars because of rust

When I was in Minnesota they put sand down as opposed to salt because it was so cold the salt wouldnt melt anything. However, sand didnt really do that much for the roads either.
