I will post up the report later, but it is indicating I still have a coolant infiltration into the oil. No sign of oil in the coolant. I have replaced the oil cooler O-Rings and gaskets. I am guessing that the next course of action is going to be to pull the injectors in preparation for replacing the O-Rings. While in there, inspect the injector cups and see if there is a crack in any of those. If that doesn't cure it, I guess the next course will be to look at the front cover. The interesting thing is that I am not showing any oil in the coolant.
Here is the report received yesterday. I am going to go ahead and do several things at our tech day, hopefully, I can find what the cause may be for the coolant issue.
Ted try to pressure test your coolant system and see if it will hold pressure over night. If the coolant is getting to the oil there should be some bleed down. If it holds, I'd guess that maybe the report is giving a false positive for some reason. Mistaking a trace of something else as coolant maybe???
So it doesn't appear to give a value of antifreeze, only "POS", which I'm hoping means positive and not their reference to your engine...
So it could be showing smaller traces each time, but still giving the same positive result. Have you been changing the oil in the HPOP too? Maybe traces there that are contaminating the rest of the oil.
And thanks for posting that Travis, much easier to read
Thanks for helping me out with that posting Travis. I couldn't figure out how to post a PDF. The oil cooler o-rings were changed after the second analysis. Was hoping this one would have shown a cleaner report.
