Hesitating

Hesitating
Ok, need some help with this one. It's kinda hard to explain. Each morning i let the truck warm up and leave for work, but yesterday on my way home i encountered something that i have no clue about.
1. I noticed that it was hesitating (almost like a bucking).
2. It started to make a weird noise like only half the engine was running.
3. It had a shake to it in 5th gear.
4. I floored the gas and it barely moved.
5. I turned the corner and it went away.
I'm able to go about 3-7 miles before this starts to happen, I have changed my oil about 1900 miles ago and changed both fuel filters at the same time.
Any help would be great.

Either the FICM harness at the back of the engine or the injector harness admit crosses the valve cover and over the intake.
I'm not saying its a certain thing, but it does happen.
