keep in mind, if you have an intercooler you loose ~2-3 of PSI. it does sound a smidge low as you should hit about 20 but its also in the codition of your injectors flowing the correct amount of fuel and the condition of the compressor wheel. both of them can and will effect the amount of boost. Boost does not meassure power nessesarily, if the truck is running great and pulls just as good while NOT running hot then id just say your trucks doing alright and leave it alone.
