Tonneau covers,
Truck Bed Covers and Tonneau Covers : DiamondBack Truck Covers

Here is my setup. Truxedo Lopro Qt, 49" X 20" X 18" storage box. The storage box is 18" high & sits just below the cover. The cover removes completely in a couple of minutes or you can roll up against cab. The Truxedo mounts inside the rails but does sit approximately 3/4 - 1" above. I'm able to open the lid about 3/4 of the way with the cover rolled up. If I need to open all the way I just remove the cover completely.
I used a soft trifold cover (folded forward while towing) on my last truck. I almost lost it in strong winds. Thanks to Painted Horse's advise I went with this cover.
Very pleased!!

That's a nice, clean look. Good lookin storage box. I have the Access roll-up cover. Looks identical to your Truxedo. It's as handy as a pocket on a shirt.
how did you almost lose the tri-fold ?
Even when I forgot to latch one side, mine just bounced a bit...
I have a decision to make now, the new 13 truck came with the Ford soft cover and not sure if I'll keep it or the tonno-pro...
I know the tonno-pro has served me well even to the point of offering some protection to the front of the bed when toting the 5er...
not sure how the Ford one works yet... so once I pick up the truck tomorrow I have to decide which one to keep and which one to sell....
The rugged cover was about $100 more, but I would pay the difference.

I install a Morryde pin box on our 5th wheel recently. It would hit the cover so I had to go to the roll up. Another consideration is that when you turn on uneven ground you have to be careful the 5th wheel doesn't contact the trifold cover.
The Truxedo works the best for our application.
