08 F350 6.4 Heater stops blowing in cab?

I have
BD-Power Ford 6.4L Super Air Scoop 1041080

When I am on a long trip and its cold out side it stops blowing in the cab you can hear it blowing and it sounds like its blowing in the air box. Is this possible and have you ever heard of such a thing?

stanby for others but that is what it sounds like to me. Sounds like it looses some vacumn afterwhile and then the doors close.
